All UK orders placed before 2.30pm are despatched the same day for delivery the next day. Unfortunately, we can only guarantee that they will be despatched as we have no control over our delivery partners. Please see their service guarantees.
Orders placed within the EU will be despatched within 7 working days. Orders placed outside this area are time dependent on export documentation and our local chamber of commerce.

We appreciate that our delivery methods may not be suitable for all customers and that you may find a more economical mode of transport.
For customers wishing to collect orders we offer a 2 hour call and collect service, which means you can place your order and it will be ready for collection in 2 hours, reducing waiting times.
